I knew I was not feeling it this week
And the sickness bug has now got me
Little sleep being sick headache and feeling completly drained
Along with my niggling injuries and stress
I feeling totally unwell
Iím resting up
And want to eat but it donít  stay down
I guess I lose a few pounds now

A few hours sleep overnight has left me feeling better but feeling weak
Iím down to 12st 10 lb loosing 2.5 lb in 3 days
Even though Iíve eat little due to sickness I need to eat a bit today
As Iíve lost more than my scheduled
 1 Lb a week
So I think il go out and get some fruit and some rice cakes
And flavoured oats
 I might risk a quick gym session later

Even though i wanted to have an easier week this week Iíve must admit it turned out to be a horror
Of a week
Sickness ,tiredness and pain
So I forced myself to hit the gym
Squats for single reps to 107.5 kgs so my strength seems to be ok
Even with the lack of food
100 empty bar decline bench presses
A couple of sets of cable rows and light bi curls
All just to get a stretch and blood pumping around
A quite weekend planed then back to it next week

I look and feel really flat and a bit disillusioned today
No sleep overnight
Restless today
Arm playing up
Resting eating junk food
Will do feeder
Arms later
And back to the bike in the morning
Any advice on post sickness blues

Feel better today slept better overnight
Was hot but maneged  5 hours
Walked around the boot market for cardio
Some home freeweights later as Iím back at work tomorrow night
Hopefully back to my gym routine tomorrow now sickness and pain in back has subsided
Eating carbs again beginning to feel the muscles filling after being flat during my illness

Warm up
Squats of
2 of 60 kgs
2 of 100 kgs
Then
1/1/2/-/- of 112.5 kgs target this phase is to get 5 x 2 reps as this is nearly my one rep max
Only attempted 3 sets Lower back twinged
Light decline barbell bench
Home freeweights

Warm up treadmill 15 mins
Chest today
Warm up dumbells
Then
Heavy to failure reps of dumbell flat bench presses
Felt good got quite a few sets in
28 kg
26 kg
24 kg
Then onto heavy 1-2 reps to failure of machine chest press
Really pushed it
Pleased with my efforts today

Then to failure reps of lat row machine
100 reps of floor seated cable rows full stack
Smith machine
Standing upright rows
To failure
X no plates
X15 kg
X 17 kg
Bend over rows for 5x10
Single arm rear flies
5x7 of 15 kg dumbells
2nd session
LEGS
Took preworkout out
15 mins treadmill warm up
Squats
Empty bar
60kg x2
100 kg x1
110kg x1
Then my heaviest pb sequence
Of 112.5 kg for
1/1/1/1/2 went well could have gone lower really
5x10 90kg barbell standing calf raises
100 light machine leg curls
A few reps of leg extensions full stack 156.5 kg
Good sessions

Wow what a difference
Changing my approach to training this past few months has been a bit of an eye opener
Rather than reppy stuff and an eye on running fitness to
Heavy single or low rep stuff has seen my strength rocket
PBS and now Iím low carbing Iíve lost nearly a stone of flab in 10 weeks more pumped and now some clear definition coming will be in good shape for my swim the Chanel challange

Lots of dim achy today from glutes
to shoulders aafter two days of heavy training
Just light feeder reps today
Chest day yesterday saw me up 3 lb in weight this morning
Back to carb cycling today

Arm was a little lacking in strength today

Came back from gym very tired and hungry
Calories for today went up to 2700  200 cal above maintance
But still below 75 g of carbs
