Busy overnight at work
Tried to sleep but got only 2 hours
Upon waking was agitated and pounding chest
So rested up completely today to much stress at the moment
Weight has stabilised at 11 st 13 lb
Feel smaller but have some cuts appearing again  now

Bad day in the gym
Having not been for best part of a week due to other commitments
I was looking foward to pumping again

Wow what a let down
Treadmill
15 mins walking warm up
chest press machine
Felt week and deflated low carbing has left week less than pumped after
Only maneged reps of have my normal  weight
Same on leg extensions
So I just moved around the
Machine doing light weights to just get something going
Left the gym very tired
And no pump
Swam 70 lengths
Time to eat and rest up

Slept ok for once overnight
But today Iím feeling week and anxious
Hit the gym but again for the second day in a row
I had no strength
I think i need to take a step back again and go into a lighter phase once more
Before I injure myself again
Iím down to 11st 11.4oz
Maybe a week of carbs and maintenance will be in order to
As Iíve been low carbing for 20 weeks now

After refeeding yesterday Iím back to 12st 1lb
Today I will eat carbs but stay within maintenance to hopefully feel better and regain some energy
Will just do home light cardio and feeder freeweights

After a weekend of eating and some carbs I feel better
After not feeling brill last week
My judicial had got a bit of puff back onto it
I still need to shed some fat to get my abs to pop
but Iím getting there

15 mins treadmill
Sets to failure on chest press machine
A few reps of leg extensions
Then finished with dumbell chest press

Went for heavy low rep squats today
A better workout
Some cable ab crunches to
Very little sleep only 1 hour today
3 hour kip on almost 4 days now not helping my cause
to build muscle

Despite having very little  sleep this week and anxiety probs again
Also my legs were sore still from squaring the other day
But I still maneged today to hit 137.5 kg partial squats
And back up to the 28 k dumbells for 4 quick reps
Not the lone gear session but one I pushed against tiredness to go a win I think

Short of time today
I maneged 8 hours sleep last night for a change
So hit he gym for a quick chest session
Flat dumbell chest presses heavy as I could go to failure
Decline and flat barbell bench for 10 sets of 3,s
Moderate weight chest press machine reps to failure
Home cross trainer and light feeders

A family function
Broke my keto diet , sleep pattern and training
Not good now I feel out of it and hungry
But will struggle on with a fast until i get home in 7 hours time

But I still went to the gym for squats
Warm up
Then onto heavy single reps
Then a new pb sequence
137.5kg for
Sets of 5/6/5/5/5
Then heavy trebles on the leg extension machine

Chest and shoulder day
My right shoulder feels a little clicks still
But I wanted to push past the annoyenance
Flat dumbell chest press
Warm up
The sets to failure up to 28 kg
Then back down sets to failure
Decline barbell bench moderate weight for me
Heavy dumbell rows supersetted with dumbell shrugs
Chest press machine reps to failure
