I got to the gym today
So I maneged to get some weights thrown around
Started on warm up full depth 60 kg squats
And then onto sets of 10 sumo 120 kg squats and a few sets of
130kgs to
Onto decline bench for 50 per cent of max 100 reps
And to finish 5x5 barbell rows
Home 2 km cross trainer
Feeder dumbells

A day I just could not get to the gym
So it will be a rest day
And I will treat myself to a decent meal
Will be the first for a while

Iím back to the gym now
Very tired today an on and off nights sleep
So I did decline bench repping for most of the session with 50 per cent of my 1 rep max
Just to get some blood flow going and a pump
Trying just to get a good stretch in dormant muscle this week
So flat dumbell presses
And a few sets of bent over rows
Home feeders

No legs today as I start my prep for the brighton marathon tomorrow
Back to the diet

Down 2lb in weight after no carbs for 2 days
Home freeweights very light just for mobility and stretch
And cross trainer as Iím back to work tonight
