So flat dumbell presses
And a few sets of bent over rows

After 2 weeks of on and off due to comittments I could not get out of
I feel flat and a tad week and tired only 3 hours sleep again due to being back at work again aswell
Got the hunger pangs due to the extra hours of being up and working
again
Iím finding it tough going at the moment
