 No gym today felt absolutely crap
 I have a really bad cold  so stayed in Bed for much of the day
Getting very little sleep in the process
So hopefully I can get back to the weights soon

Still feeling crap dosed up with a few cold/ flue tabs
 No training again today this is frustrating
As Iím keen to push on with my goals
No running but thatís no a problem
As I can pick that up at anytime
I suppose il be off my game for a few days more yet
But watch out gym when I do

Ooh a very bad night no sleep a very heavy chest cough
And a constent streaming nose and eyes
No point in training today dosed up with cold remedies
Need rest sleep and food
Hopefully Iím just feeling flat and lost no muscle
I  ache in my shoulders and chest as it would have been squat day I thought better of it
No point in spreading germs around the gym

Hacking cough has made my chest sore

A complete muck up of a day
Tried training but annoying visitors interupted my plans
So all I maneged to do was 2 k on my cross trainer before trying to grab a few hours sleep
Even my meals went out the window to
Oh drat that was a not a very good day

Went back to the gym
Hit 1 set of 30 kg flat dumbell presses

Then heavy box squats for reps 137.5 kgs
Barbell decline bench for reps
Decline dumbell presses
A short
Heavy session just to
Get moving again and stretch the muscles out as Iíve been inactive by being unwell
Last week

Today straight in to the leg extension machine
Repped it out up to the complete stack then
Worked single leg negatives
Light squats
Then I did dumbell shoulder work flies
Onto full stack
Cable rows and pull downs
Finishing with  bend over rows working up to the max dumbells Iím the gym
30 kgs
