Iím feeling ok now the recovery going good
Hit the gym today for chest shoulders
All I did was dumbell bench for an hour
I warmed up with the 10 kgs
Then flat bench 30 kgs for sets to failure then working down in weight to failure
The decline dumbell bench sets to failure
Then brought the angle of the bench up to incline
sets to failure
And finally seated overhead dumbell presses
Warm down was weighted bar overhead presses 100 reps very light

Today was pull day
Warm up light deadlifts
Followed by doubles of 138 kgs
then reps back down in weight
Followed by barbell 60 kgs rows
Dumbell 30 kgs one arm rows
Dumbell flies
Dumbell 30 kg shrugs
Cable rope face pulls
Cable rows
Finishing with machine lat pull downs

Today was push day again
I started with 20 mins treadmill cardio warm up
And did some very light leg extensions just to get back to some leg work after my run on Sunday
Then onto my push session
I chose to do only 1 exercise an exercise I m not good at and donít like but Iím determined to get better at it this year
The standing overhead barbell press
I started very light empty bar then
30 kg for sets of 5
40 kg for sets of 3
Then onto 50 kg for singles
And then a new pb of 57.5 kgs wow for a single
Then just light weight for reps
Until I got back to the empty bar again

Started with15 mins treadmill run/ walk
Then onto barbel squats
Light full depth
Then heavy box squats
Then cables
Full stack pull standing rows
Full stack rows
Cable pull downs
Tri rope pull downs
Finishing with barbell bi curls

Iím taking a well earned day off from training itís been a busy hectic week
Sore legs from the race and a tired upper body from the weights
 Just did not sleep at all last night hands kept going numb and my feet constantly cramped up when I moved them I was hot and really irritable and a tad anxious also
So today Iím taking in a few extra carbs and just doing nothing until work this evening

Today i hit chest push day
Warm up
Then straight to the 30 kgs dumbells flat bench
Multiple sets to failure before moving down in weights sets to failure
Decline bench sets to failure
Incline bench
Sets to failure
Then 100 reps of 42 kgs barbell decline bench
Some dumbell seated bi curls supersetted with 25 reps of weighted bar curls

12st 2lb Iíve had to tighten my belt by another notch WOW .!!!
Today was pull day
20 mins treadmill
Started with 60 kg barbell standing rows 5 sets of 15 reps
50 kgs for 10 x 10
30 kgs for 10x 10
Dumbell
Single arm rows started with 30 kgs for 5x5
Superrsetting dowards
Bench flies

A recovery day today
My legs are just about recovered now from the race
And I will be back to squatting tomorrow
Today I feel tired and need sleep
For which two spell in bed will hopefully sort this out
Some light floor dumbell work to get some blood in my shoulders and my arms
As they have some slight Domís going on

After a much needed rest yesterday I was back in the gym for
Push day
I did a few squats  before dedicating a whole hour to shoulder pressing
Starting with standing overhead barbell presses
Lots of sets to failure
Then onto seated dumbell overhead presses as heavy as I could go for sets of 5 reps
Then to finish standing dumbell overhead presses
WOW my shoulders were pumped I will suffer tomorrow no doubt

In 2 hrs 30 mins
This afternoon a quick session in the gym
Just a few sets light dumbell work

I
 Eating a little more st the moment as I want to maintain my weight for the next couple of weeks as
I have a surprise diabetic appointment
Why I donít know I had a blood test 8 weeks ago
My blood glucose is 5.1 fasted so I donít think
Iím diabetic as I eat very low carbs
Today just light home dumbell work whilst watching the football on television

I was not feeling it today
Donít know wha had a few thinks to dory today so time was limited also
40 mins treadmill running about 5 k in all
Then for my push session it was just 40 kg barbell standing overhead presses until failure
Then reps of a lower weight
That was it for today

2 k on the treadmill for warm up
Then onto machine leg extensions
Up and down the weight stack
Then reps of the max
Finished with a few heavy box squats
At home light dumbell work watching the racing from cheltenham

Took a rest day today
I was very tired so I took some very needed rest
Took my supplements and took to my bed for two sessions of
4 hours each
My ketones are up to 1.4m/mm
