Now the marathon is over and Iím recovering ok
Iím going to start a new phase
Rebuild Eggy
Starting today with the dentist to get my broken teeth fixed and a new plate
Then Iím going to get down to a fat percentage weíre I can fully see my abs
Then use that as a marker to really control a lean bulk

Have noticed Iíve got a bit of a swelling on the inside of my right knee
Seems like itís bursitis
So it needs some rest and ice treatment

Itís good having a few days off from the heavy weights
Iím beginning to think I do need more recovery time between sessions now
Iím looking to increase my strength this year so more rest time might be the
Key
I hope my knee gets better before my next run which is the run to the music
Half marathon in fancy dress as a pop star
In 3 weeks time running training will be done slow
as I donít need to push to hard as I can do half marathons relatively easily

Decided not to nothing today but chill and eat as Iím back at work tonight
So I will be up for 24 hours plus
And will hit the gym tomorrow as well
Knee still has swollen bursar but Iím stretching and icing with ibuprofen
To hopefully reduce the fluid
So I think as itís bank holiday and the gym is closed another rest day is in order and wonít set me back much if at all
