Today was a non starter as I did not get to the gym today
I was extremely tired as I did not sleep overnight bar naps
My arms are still achy from Thursdays workout
So the extra day was welcome
Il be back to do legs on Sunday as I need to do them
They have been on the sidelines since trying to improve my overhead press

Ooh I seem to have lost strength this week
My overhead press progress has taken a step backwards with me struggling at 60 kg
Arms were done today
Felt tired during the session and headed home early
But bearing in mind I was not really going to go today
as I went fishing early doors today

After a poor session yesterday and a troubled sleep overnight
Slept only for 4 hours when waking up with
an achy chest and the head throbbing back sounds and feels like
My heart pounding away in my head
So Iíve taken a rest day as Iím back to work tonight
