Wasnít feeling it today so I was going to give the gym a miss
But as the builders were banging so much I decided to go for some rest bite from the noise

Totally rest day food and sleep
Feeling better after a 5 hour sleep this morning
Just wish I could get this amount of sleep daily

I maneged a few hours sleep yesterday but it was broken
and has left me feeling somewhat spaced out
No training yesterday has muscles feeling full and less sore
Il be ready to hit the weights again later today

Feeling a little out of it tonight
Sleep is a non starter
I think I might cut down my use of pre workouts and energy drinks this week
And add a few more veggies in to my diet as Iím feeling a little
Bloated and bound up
Im pleased how things have gone these past few months progress has been good
And Iíve deffo added muscle

Itís so strange Iíve had several people have ask me  for dieting and training advice this week
Why? I have no idea
We have had a few new members join our gym recently and itís a few of them that has sought my advice
Iím not trained as a instructor so I can only give them my own personal experiances
And  this is what I tell them
Itís a good feeling I must admit when someone sees and thinks your doing things right and seek some advice
The last few weeks I have really progressed and maybe word is spreading

1st attempt x 70k x 1 partial
2nd attempt x 70k x fail
3rd attempt x 68.5k x partial

So close il get there
Rest of the session was arms
Heavy seated cable bi curls plate assisted
Standing cable bi curls
Decline seated dumbell hammer and bi curls
Forced seated heavy bi curls
15 mins treadmill dumbell cardio

Wow my arms are feeling a little pumped and dommyfied
Cool and I measured  my bicepts at over 15 inches
In 2011 they were 13 inches so Iím really chuffed at my overall
progress but feel I need  a short cut  as I feel a little big around the middle
