Cheers felix I appreciate the feedback
I really tried to sleep today as I hit the sack at 2.00pm still awake at 6.00 pm eventually falling asleep to only get up for work 2 hours later
4 hours sleep in about 3 days why? I work full time nights and workout really hard
Why does my body not want to sleep long when I am very active
Surely I need to sleep in order to repair and chill but I just cannot for any longer than 2-3 hours at the most

Rest day today
I maneged to get 2 sessions of sleep today both for 2 hours each
So 4 hours in total more than I have had for most of this past week
Dropped a lb in weight
Back tomorrow for legs

These were awkward so went on to
The leg curl machine
Light to heavy plates 100 reps

Short on time today so a short session of overhead presses
After my warm up I built up to try for a new pb  of 68.75k but sadly failed
Iím just cannot get over the 68 k mark but il keep trying
After the bar I hit machine overhead presses for full reps and heavy to failure

Just home cardio today as itís been quite a tiring week
Iíve had some heavy sessions this week gaining some new pbs along the way
Il be up 24 hours or more as Iím at work tonight and want to try to hit the elesive overhead press pb
So will reserve my strength for tomorrow

Then for pumps
Incline bench barbell
For reps up to 52.5k
2 sets of flat 30k dumbell bench presses
Cable flies heavy to failure

Learnt a few new tricks at the gym today implementing machines in different ways to increase there use
And adding a new slant on things
Its been a good week in the gym with a few new pbs
Strength is good and improving still
Iím hovering at the 13 stone mark still
Considering I was in the low 11 stone mark a few years ago
Will we see how this week goes

Today as back and shoulders
 52.5 k Overhead presses supersetted with cable rows and pull downs full stack
Kneeling cable pull downs
Barbell standing rows supersetted with shrugs
Fast 50 k deads /sumo
Dumbell work
Rear flies fast 50 light reps supersetted with cable tri rope pulls
Heavier rear flies
Dumbell raises front/side
Heavy one arm rows to finish
Good session 11/2 hours allowed a good 5 mins between sets etc

Today was a bit of a light leg workout as my legs were aching from a busy
night at work
35 kg squats full and partials supersetted with
35kg standing calf raises
Repeated sets
Then 20 mins of cardio treadmill

I feel todayís workout was a bit of a waste of time but in reality
It was better than nothing but really felt nothing in my legs as it was so light
But they got a stretch and my calfs got a bit of activation which was good

Today was just bicepts
As the equipment I wanted was being used
So it was plate assisted cable bi curls
Standing bar bi cable curls
Standing rope curls
Seated incline dumbell curls
Standing across body hammer curls

I tried today to find a way to hit a 70 k overhead press
I took a look
At the way I stand ,hand position and speed variables as well as the height of the stand
I got to 67.5 kgs but
after trial and effort I think the way I have been doing them
Turned out my best and strongest position
So I did singles and 50 kgs reps to failure
Overhead machine
One arm presses
Reverse one arm presses
Standing machine shrugs
Reverse use of leg extension machine
Lowered the front roller to use for standing leg curls
Worked well something I learned at the weekend from an army man

110kg x 10 low box
120kg x 10 low
138kg x 5 lowa leg workout
141kg x 10 low new personal best
141kg x 12 low new personal best
138.5kg x 12 low
130kg x 15 low
120kg x 15 low
Leg curls on extension machine
Leg extensions new pb max stack with leg weights
A good session no aches or signs Iíve done a leg workout
