Hi Gang im new her so be kind please  Smiley

Ok I have been training for around 5 years mainly weight training with a good emphasis on compound lifts. However I am now looking to move into circuit training with weights, I have looked online and its difficult to get a good sample program so I have decided to sign up and take the wisdom and experience of everyone here.

Ideally I would like to do 4 days training per week and break this into different body parts, any ideas or suggestions of good routines would be more than welcome
