Hi guys, starting new journal just so I have somewhere to post how training is going and any vids etc
Been a few wks since diet has stopped and enjoying training and not feeling weak.
Strength is flying up and not gone to crazy with the food.
Not going to post much on here but like I said will just use it to report how things are going.

Hi Matt, bodyweight at mo is about 79kg
I'm happy at this weight not lean but not what I would call fat.

Thanks mate

Back deadlifting after nearly a year off from doing it.
First wk did 140kg 10reps next wk 150 for 10 then 160 for 10 then tonite 170 for 7
Finding them hard but will soon get into a rhythm with them.
I'm sure that its from not doing them that my neck has shrunk???
Time will tell

Same as you mate, was feeling like they were doing more bad then good.
Dint want to risk hurting myself while dieting.

I thought that was the case but was not sure. I did back today and got a great workout without them but some ego thing inside makes me want to bring them back but have to be sensible. That you kept them out so long motivates me to do the same.

When did you start prepping mate? I was talking about you to a friend and your stunning condition change and weight drop but I could not remember the time scale.

Just going to go easy on the deads and see how it goes.
Would love to get back upto 220kg but will just take my time building it back up.
