Bit of a Friday night blitz
Feeling like strength is getting there did a 100kg seated bar press for 2 reps and 220kg shrugs for 10.
The guy who Owens are gym has just got another one about 10miles away from are gym and I will have use of both so will be good to get down there and see what gear there is.

Legs tonite, really feeling like strength is coming on in leaps with them.
Squats last wk was 140 for 6 and tonite was 115 for 12.
Really weak bodypart for me so every time I train them I feel really pissed of with them and give them a total smashing. They will grow, they just need persuading.

In other news, getting my mk2 golf gti remapped tomorrow, hoping for 300bhp Shocked should be fun in a front wheel drive car that weighs less than a ton.

Also maisy, are 9month old has started furniture surfing. She is so funny and and changes so much from day to day.

Chest tomorrow and I have a slight shoulder strain that I did at work so will have to make sure I warm up properly and not go to heavy Angry

Change of plan today. Not training chest today going to have a rest day as shoulder is still a bit dodgy and also I'm home alone with maisy as Libs out for tea with friends.
Will train it tomorrow before I start my nite shifts.

Damn! - 300 bhp iis good! What else have you done to it? That's a lot for a normal asperated engine!
I've been in a couple 4wd turbo jap cars around the 300 mark, not 2wd!

Still got sore back from Thursday, felt strong and got some good numbers for me on deads.
180kg for 8
200kg for 1
Both with no straps and still felt like there was more in me.

Going to train shoulders later on today.

Legs tonite and went heavy on the squats, well heavy for me
145kg for 4,3
Pleased with progress on legs.

Training still going well but been hard last few days as maisy has a viral infection and has been a very poorly baby so not much sleep in the mcwilliam house.
