45kg 7
Arnold press
32kg 12

Dropped this with standing press

Also did some light db delt work
And finished with a 240kg shrug for 10 and 200 for 20

The challenge at mo is body weight bench press pluss 10%
All reps have to touch chest.

Time for a bit of an update.
Bit of a shoulder injury at mo so all pressing moves are very light and not to failure.
Tightened food up a bit as weight was creeping up a couple of lbs.

Hi guys, still got bit of pain in shoulder but training is going really good.
Been making some good gains and still keeping body fat under control.
Did a body weight pluss 10% bench other day and was happy with the numbers.
Worked out at 90kg and I got 22reps.
Leg strength is also going up and feel like I have added a bit if size to my quads.

On the home front it's maisys 1st birthday next wk  Shocked can not believe how fast it has gone.

Times goes so fast, sleep wise if we get past 7:00 it's a lay in.

Did the shoulder at work then did some heavy benching same nite, stupid really should of gone light. :-(
But it is what it is.

Had a very poor shoulder workout tonite, involved the 4 and 6kg dbs a lot haha but think I did about 500 reps don't what to risk going heavy and make shoulder worse.
