due to work comitments and the short opening hours of the gym over the festive period...

I will not be able to go as regulary for about 2 weeks...just short I done 5 sets of squats and cable flys before I had to leave...

will short sessions to no sessions over the Christmas season be detrimental to muscle growth/progress...or will it lead to loss of strength muscle etc

anyone foresee training issues over the Christmas hols..?

any tips to remain ahead of the game

I am always of the opinion that a week off the gym will usually lead to strength gains as long as it isn't due to ill health.

A week of eating well, sleeping well and resting can only ever be a good thing for the body.

I wouldn't worry. Take the rest, not many allow themselves to  Cool
I've had plenty enough time off due to injury this yr, so I'll be back in one of my two gyms on the 27th  Grin
