done it again..

big thanks for the support guys

ive added 10lb in body weight since before xmas..and been eating far more carbs early doors

and its paying divys now in my gym performances..

I beat my old max deadlift again today

old weight 145kgs plate weight ..to 147.5kgs on the same bar I always use..

I managed two single reps...but failed to move it off the floor on the third try...but hay ho..
I got there...

micro plates are the only way I progress  Grin
