I make these for my breaks in the car on the way to work after the gym as I struggle to get eggs etc I'm early. Takes 20 mins to make and does one for mon-fri. Have it with my whey and a banana to hit the ground running at work. Keep blitzing as you go through;

6 egg whites and 1 whole egg
Add in 2 scoops choc whey
1tbsp PB
1tbsp honey
1 cup fine ground Scottish oats
Optional 10ml oils (I use BP omega blend)

These macros don't include the oil

17.9 pro
21.2 carb
7 fats
1.4 sat fats
141 kcals

Should leave you with enough batter to do about 5 90g pancakes that take 2-3 mins each side. Easy peasy  Grin

Don't cook with polyunsaturated oils bud - I'd swap out for butter  Wink

Should be tasty!

Oh yeah, polys denature and become trans fats at heat don't they?

Looks good though mate. Do you then just break them up and munch them cold in the week?

Yes mate just stick em in the fridge in a food bag and pack it the night before with my meals for the day. I have it on the way to work. Or, like yesterday for pancake day, had a couple warmed up with fat free yoghurt, frozen fruit and honey. Foodgasm.

Didn't know that about the oils, I put it in the batter once as I'm not very good at taking it in one go but will keep it in mind!
