Of course 'natural' defines without the use of exogenous testosterone.

Or Insulin or IGF-1 or diuretics or amphetamines...

Creatine is ingested in food. As is protein. And glutamine etc.

Test etc, although already natural in our bodies, is not something we ingest to survive anyway.

That's my view. (The same as yours).

Well cocaine is natural, as is weed, as are many other banned things..! In theory you should technically fail for having a nip of brandy for vascularity pre stage I think

Don't forget alcohol is a macronutrient James - technically just as important to the body (from a living!) POV as carbohydrates IMO:

  • Provides energy
  • Not involved in structural roles
  • Body reacts by burning/storing to remove poison from blood

on a serious note - if alcohol is consumed its fine to have a bit but just incorporate into your macros, probably best in replacement of carbs. Although alcohol does suppress MPS.
