Take one serving of hemp protein (14g protein per 30g), mix with a dollop of honey and a dollop of a margarine of your choice (or olive oil or coconut oil or whatever). Mix in a mug.

That makes enough spread for 4 rice cakes and therefore adds to your totals for the day.

Tastes fantastic too.

Maybe add cinnamon too if you like.

Now there is no need to invent new recipes. Cannabis products help to recover well after strength training, so I use ready-made cbd brownies. This is especially effective if used during the carb window period. For me, it has become a natural method to relieve fatigue. In this mode, my body quickly restores strength.
