can I use my wendlers max lifts to formulate a routine in the  5x5 formate

as I would like to add more volume to my routine now

Don't complicate things.

5 x 5 means you can hit 5 sets of 5 reps in "good form"

Once you hit 5 reps in each set you up the weight and repeat.

Start slightly conservative and gain momentum, just don't go too heavy too early.

I think that many people are using programs from the elite lifters way too early in their lifting career. You don't need a formula or a percentage to run with 5 x 5.
Personally I think it's one of the most productive programs you can use.

I think im nearing my max lifts in wendlers now...so will try doing a proper 5x5 routine now..
as hopefully I can progress further now
