600g should be manageable enough I reckon Tony. What's that... 660 calories a day deficit? Split it between food cuts and some extra CV.  Wink

Oh I'm sure I'll be fine - TBH when I actually try to diet hard I lose 1-2kg a week, so I'm pretty happy I'll 'make weight' with minimal effort Cheesy

However... I do need to look good once making it, hahaha!  Tongue

Urgh, don't get me started on that - none in LIDL nor ALDI - both german shops, both should stock it. I got laughed at in ALDI when I asked...

Cheers buddy!

Legs last night, wow tough session... Week 2 defo my most hated, lol! The tempo.. just kills me. I used a preworkout - ENDEVA - for the first time, it's by Tom Mac and ingredients are nice and simple. Didn't get the shakes, etc, that have accompanied other pre-workouts in the past, which was nice, and flavour was good. Pretty sure it kept me going - each set seemed as brutal as it could be, but I was ready for the next, and by the time we were done I was feeling pretty fresh as opposed to a sack of poop Smiley

Weigh in 80.9kg

Going to caliper tomorrow morning and see what is going on Cheesy

Side note - last day at work today!!!! Wooop!

Last night was along lines of:

Squat - 3 sets warm up, 6 sets 14-18 reps, 3-5 second negative, 1 second pause, then drive up. I made it to 15 reps in a couple of sets, but this is a horrible workload with the slow negative and pause - 80kg did me in!
Hack squat (barbell) - same style as above but 4 sets. Again not a lot of weight on show, this was soooooo brutal on the quads. I actually did one set almost as sissy squats to see what they were like, sweet jesus, killer
Leg curls - 3 sets warm up, then same as squats. Hammie pump/burn was way too painful by the end of it, could barely move them.
Stiff leg deadlifts - erm, was meant to do these, just realised, hahah!

Been at Savant 13 odd years now... first proper job! We're starting a PT course on monday, 7 weeks 9-4.30, should be top. Then going to be PTs with long term goal of gym ownership Cheesy

Sure - http://www.bodybymac.co.uk/endeva-the-pre-workout-formula/ - not had chance to use again and forgot it today, duh!

Weighed in at 79.8kg on Saturday,  so had a good old refeed, only blipped back to 81.4, today back to 80.8.

Done a bit of am CV so far today - 13 minutes HIIT, 250kcal, tiring... hit a new top speed of 26.8mph twice which was good. Think that's 6 or 7 CV sessions now!

Going to attempt stepping up training to 4 days on 1 day off, refeeding on off day.

First day on course today, so excited!!
