Hi all could you help i want to start putting the deadlift into my work out just wondering what body part to put it in with?? Thanks foe any help

Back, legs or on its own mate. Most commonly done with back.

If you split leg training, then do it on "hamstring day". If not then I'd suggest doing it on back day as your big lift. If only because it would be tough to do squats and deads both on your one leg day.

As an aside I used to train full body, worked fine, but arguably I wasn't training that hard

whilst the comment was slightly tongue in cheek there is a reasonable reason for it - if you need to ask that form of question I would put money on being a beginner to intermediate at best. hence full body basics would be the most efficient routine
