I think the phrases bulking and cutting are a bit over used. Your either in a surplus or a deficit or standing still. After competing I upped my calories a lot slower than normal, after a week of eating what I wanted. This has given me a lot more to work with this off season. Stage weight i'm around 59kg ish and i'm 67kg at the moment and staying at this weight. I'm strong and getting stronger.

Cutting wise I treat just like a prep, slow and steady, just cut some calories out of all three macros or increase output a bit.
