Hi all,

Just wanted to check I've got everything covered supplement wise.
Obviously my diet is strict, quality protein, carbs and fats and my supplements are as follows:

Whey protein
Creatine Monohydrate - 5g per day
Multivitamin Complex
Vitamin D3
High Strength Cod Liver Oil - 15ml per day
Beta Alanine - 5g (pre-workout)
Caffeine Tablet - 200mg (pre-workout)
Dextrose (post workout)
Digestive Enzymes (plant based) every meal
D aspartic acid - 3g a day (just started, to see if it helps my low test levels)

There we go, that's the lot.

All of these supplements I actually feel that I benefit from them but have I got everything covered?

Any of you guys take L-Glutamine or L-Arginine?

Seems like a lot of supplements to take but at age 40 I feel I need all the help I can get.

Thanks guys 👍

'Supplement' a good diet and you'll be fine.

In regards to test levels etc, have a read up on Vitamin D and Magnesium, both might be of use. Although with all the other stuff it might be hard to pin-point what works and what doesn't.

HMB might be worth a look, it's got some solid research behind it.
