Is anyone aware of the ABPU-the drug tested section of the BPU ? Anyone competed with them-thoughts and comments?I watched a BPU contest on sunday and was very impressed . Might consider giving it a go later this year.

whilst its drug tested as a BDFPA member you cant compete with it. technically it's a division of an untested fed which BDFPA rules bar you from competing in.

doesn't matter if your not a bdfpa member but thought I would need to ensure others who are bdfpa are aware

Thanks,Glen.I get the impression that you lift in the same comps as the non tested competitors .Seemed a good set of people at the competition on sunday and there were a few British records set.

from what I have seen most feds and comps are friendly and welcoming. different rules on lifts, equipment and 'supplements' but everyone is there to do the same thing - lift to the best of their abilities.

bodybuilding and powerlifting go hand in hand in my eyes so give it a bash and see if you enjoy it
