Day 13


     Pull Routine

         Dead-lifts - 6 sets - various reps
         Pull ups   - multiple sets - multiple grips - various reps
         Trap work - few sets -  various grips - various reps - straight bar only (45lb)
         Bicep work - few sets - various reps - preacher curl/straight bar (45lbs)


That was enough!..Still trying to "feel" the workout, but can't quite get a grip (no pun intended) on it...I can't feel the burn yet...

Day 14


     Push Routine

       
          Flat back bench press;a lot of machine work;Arnold flies - multiple sets,reps
          Shoulder press - numerous sets alternated in between other work
          Tricep work(push downs;machine work) - multiple sets


Light night!...Didn't feel too good....

Day 15


Lower Body


     Squats; not even worth mentioning.
     leg extensions; leg curls; - few sets a lot of reps.
     Calfs - little bit.


As u can read, another dreadful workout!!!  Roll Eyes Angry
