Alrighty then, u guys are mating and kg'ing me to death....

May I refer to u as "mate" as u guys do to each other?...Also is it a requirement for me to go ahead and learn the kg system?

Nearly all of the gyms I've been to in the UK have their weights in kg.

I sometimes see the cable weight stacks labelled in both lb and kg, which confuses the hell out of me.

All you need to remember really are the big numbers - a 45lb plate is 20kg, a squat of 315lb is 140kg, a deadlift of 405lb is 180kg, etc.
