Hello All,

It’s my first post on here and I have what will probably be a fairly controversial question.

I am looking to compete and have been for a while on 28th of August this year.
So far my prep isn’t going too bad (I say this as I have never done it before) ….

I took the initiative of getting a coach on board who has been very good.

However, the comp that I am entering is the UKBFF Kent Classic – Untested.
I am fully aware there will be people on gear all around me and I am not competing to win – it is just to get stage experience before I move on and up.

That said. Have any of you guys competed in a non-tested competition?
How did you feel? Where you completely belittled?

I will be competing in men’s physique and I am by no means huge at all – anticipating to come in around the 76KG mark.

Soo….. discuss….

Cheers,

Grant.

done one UKBFF show. won my class. think a lot of people who do NPA/BNBF etc have also done nontested shows. it will be harder - more so as weight classes go up but a good physique is a good physique
