Hey guys.. been a while since I posted here! Sooo basically because I'm honest and open, recently I was thinking a lot about going down the route of PED's, mainly for work related reasons (I'm a PT) and because I've always been curious how they would affect me.. so in my mind I was pretty certain I was gunna try them, HOWEVER.. today I saw that the BNBF will be having a qualifier at bodypower.. now this is a game changer. Seeing this has made me want to return to stage and I can't wait!! Currently off season weighing a measly 87/88kg gunna 'bulk' until mid jan and start a 4 month comp prep, aiming to be on stage at under 80kgs. Ill be updating training, diet can wait til prep as atm it's a free for all.

08/09/16 Back + shoulders hypertrophy workout
Bodyweight wide grip pull ups 3x12
Bent over row 100kg 3x10
Triangle bar lat pull down 50kg 3x15
Close grip machine row 90kg 3x15
Rear delt flie machine 35kg 3x12
Seated dumbbell shoulder press 30kgs 3x12
Upright row 30kgs 3x15
Lateral raises 10kgs 3x10

Good little session to get me back in the swing of things, really need to start wearing headphones though as training in the same gym you work in can be a nightmare with people always wanting to ask questions and distract me from training.

Kick some arse mate

Will definitely go and watch this, plus the BNBF finals are in Birmingham next year so hopefully will watch you and the rest of the squad there.

looking forward to seeing how nasty those wheels are now that you have gone full potato on squats for a good chunk of time!

Yup finals in B'ham which is ideal for everyone!! Todays 'session' was horrific, I do weekly challenges for the members at my gym and this weeks was to put your bodyweight on the bar and squat as many as you can. 90kg and I got 55, felt like death after so just did 3x15 light leg curls and leg extensions.

Both the Bodypower event and the finals switching has made me rethink my whole life I was born in Brum and only live half an hour away.

Looking forward to following your progress Callum.

Locked up the gym and had a late session after work, these aren't ideal mainly because I find it hard to sleep after having pre workout so late!
Started with bench press 3x3-5 reps got 130kg x5 130kg x3 120kg x4
Dips 40kg x6 x6
Bent over row 140kg x5 x5 x5
Pull ups 28kg x8 x6
Chins ups 15kg x8 x9
Dbell shoulder press 32.5kg x10 35kgs x9 x9
Ez Bicep curl 55kg 3x8
Skull crushers 55kg 3x9

Felt ok today, tryna get food back in and weight back up after not concentrating on diet and training recently, also hard going too heavy on bench press without a spot or lift off. Lower body strength tommorow 👌

Leg day today..
Squats 220kg x5 220x5 230x5
Hack squat machine 150kg 2x10
Leg extension 90kg 2x10
Glutes ham raise bodyweight 2x10
Leg curl 60kg 2x10

Short and sweet as didn't have much time before work and squats were taking ages to recover from. Rest day tommorow.

Yes mate, in my off season with bodybuilding I swap the posing trunks for the singlet and lift with the bdfpa and the gbpf. I've done about 5 or 6 comps off the top of my head, may do one more this year before I start the transition to bodybuilding in Jan.

My pb is 250kg that I hit a few months back, forever chasing the elusive 3x bodyweight 270kg squat.
