I completed the ultra marathon today in 6 hrs 49 mins.........what a tough 32 miles  hills like walls.......... down hills like cliffs

and the long ardous slow inclines tortuous......

but I stuck it out.........even though my legs are shot now...........il get over and be back to the muscle building next week

thanks mate its appreciated

my legs are ok this morning..so had 20 mins on the static bike just to get some movement into them

That's a fantastic achievement, well done.  I couldn't imagine myself ever doing a half marathon, never mind an ultra!

hi  ive now entered the 100k London 2 brighton ultra next may..
il be running this in aid of arthritis research uk..as I chosen the fundraising option

so lots of training..but as its 3 weeks after the brighton marathon il be pretty race race anyway..i hope lol

cheeres si  im pretty chuffed today as the realisation has sunk in..
