Hi, new on forum so..hi! Cheesy and first question: What are you thinking about searching a trainer or training spot by websites? For example like this one: https://zoptamo.com/uk. It is safe? Does anyone here have any experience with training places found in the internet by similar sites?

That's not spam ok? Just searchin for an advices, and forums are good places to get them. Why more then one forum? because you know, people are different and they giving different opinions and advices.
As for intro - just beginner that searchin for some advices. Trained some martial arts earlier but left it. Now with sitting, office work searchin for some sport activities that will help to develop mind, body and overall health.
