il thought I would post up my progress piccies up
back in june when I ended my mini bulk I was at 12 st 13lb


and im now at 11st 12lb...my aim is to get to 11st 7lb and leaner

im on 2200 cals a day at the moment  but will have to go lower to achieve my aim I think

hi..any idea how much I should drop my calories now to achieve my aim..?

As long as you are still dropping weight, even slowly, I wouldn't go lower than that.
If weight loss stalls for more than 2 weeks, lower by 200 kcal and go from there. Also, when lowering, leave protein and fats alone and lower carbs for the required amount.

holding steady on the weight front now..so a slight drop in cals might be in oerder now

I am also improving on strength a new pb decline bench of 70 kgs
and a new pb on the hammy machine of 45kgs..wow..!!
