So, just interested as to what fellow natty's take as part of their supplement stake  Tongue

For me:

Whey
Creatine
Omega 3 fish oils
Multivitamins

That's it.

Contemplating added CLA for this big summer cut for summer but mixed reviews on its effectiveness...

I recently started mixing canned kale into my raw organ meat smoothies and have been getting very positive results. I also use canned mixed greens and go through about 5 quart sized cans a week. Seems to help promote a better sense of well being and make me smell nice. Last winter I was juicing raw kale. It was supposed to be good according to everything I read but it didn't agree with me and made me weaker. I try and eat mostly raw but have come to the conclusion that leafy vegetables other than lettuce should be cooked. For a while I toyed with the idea of ordering some powdered greens in supplement form but I've had such good results with canned that at this point it would just seem like a waste of money.

At the moment, USN all in one shake, a fish oil capsule, a multi-vitamin tablet, a vitamin D3 tablet and ZMA.
