I want to set myself some gym goals, so I'm keen to see what other can do (or have done in the past) as 1RM for:

back squat
deadlift
military/overhead press
bench press

As a multiple of bodyweight....

Squat: 2.25
Bench: 1.75
Dead: 3.0
OHP: 1

Not too unhappy with that. Will try again when dieted and before strength is zapped

Mine are probably a bit old now, but approx. -

Squat - 2.7
Deadlift - 3.0
Bench - 1.975 (annoyingly close to 2x!)
OHP - 1.1

Can't really see me being too bothered on improving any of them any time soon.

Haha, if I delve way back into the archives (around 20 years+ ago) when I weighed in at 75kg..

Squat:    approx 2 at a guess (was never a big squatter due to my back)
Deadlift: 2.26 (again not a big DL'er due to my back)
Bench:   1.69
OHP:      1.2

I can only wish for those numbers nowadays, but I'll chase them for all I'm worth!  Wink

My best at 74kg bodyweight and in competition.

Squat : 3.71
Bench : 1.73
Deadlift : 3.81

I always had a good squat and deadlift , not so much on my bench. In training I had done ( hitched ) a 300kg deadlift for a 4 x bw lift but suffered badly for that one .

To date in training .

Trap bar deadlift : 3.64 x 3
Bench : 1.55 x 3
Front squat : 2.02 x 3
OHP : 1.31 x 3

Crikey Craig! I hereby crown you King of this thread :-O

Update from me - well, none really except that I'm enjoying working on OHP more than I thought I would! Got to 50kgs for 2 the other day which is more than I've attempted before.

I am not strong and am sure these calculations are going to severely dent my ego...
back squat 2
deadlift 2.25
military/overhead press 0.75
bench press 1.05

 Sad  Sad

Has to be said, I'm not sure any of those (except Deads) are 1RM as I don't really train that way, they're prob nearer my 2-3RM  Grin

Been about 2-3 years since I tested my 1RM's. Judging from back then they would've been...

Deadlift - 2.36
Squat - 2.10
Bench - 1.32

OK I haven't set squat and deadlift PB's since I was a chunk due to injury so I will work them out as they were at 108kg. Bench and Overhead I can work out as they currently are at 100kg...

Squat - 2.08
Deadlift - 2.31
Bench - 1.78
Overhead - 1 (strict for 2), 1.15 (push)

But I'd like to add that I can...

Vertical Jump - 0.44x my height (32 inches beyond reach)
Box Jump - 0.69x my height (50 inch box)

...which I am actually more proud of than my lifts.

Now I've calculated and looked back I feel massively inferior! Lol. Is this where I can shout out that bodyweight/strength percentage increases are not linear?!?! Haha

BUT I do deadlift and squat way less than some of the others even at a higher bodyweight. Some massive deadlifts and squats above.
