Hi, I have been training awhile now, normally 3 to 4 workouts a week, mainly free weights and had no problems with my health but recently I have been going to the gym, working out as normal but then becoming ill for a week, flu like conditions and it starting to get frustrating as I feel my gains are now suffering, does anybody else or has anybody suffered the same way? Huh

You know, I've been in similar situations and I've been frustrated. It is necessary to strengthen the body, so as not to miss the time and not to start all over again. Take multivitamin complexes, natural juices, prebiotic and eat better, then your body will be filled with energy from the inside. By the way, I sometimes take CBD oil. It helps me to be always at work.
