I'm currently getting back into my training see journal
I weigh 12st8lb and wish to add a stone
I have an anterior tilt which with any bulking makes my belly looker fatter than it is
I do not add any fat anywhere else so how can I add proportionate weight on rather than just on my belly
I feel I'm stuck at this wright
