After a long break from this forum for no particular reason Just busy in life I am fully motivated and ready to get involved so thought I would start by recording some workouts!.

I do a push , pull ,legs spit, I don't set days due to work commitments and family I just train when it feels right normally covering the whole body every 7 days ish.

Today's work out

Pull, back bisceps,                 Pull ups  5 sets  1, 12 reps. 2, 10 reps.  3, 10 reps.  4,  8 reps.  5,  8 reps

Hammer strength row,           4 sets  40 kg aside  10 reps each set

Rear delt flye on incline bench chest down 7 kg failure , super set with dumbbell shrugs 27 kg
X 3 circuits.

Preacher curls ez bar with fat grips 30 kg 3 sets 8 reps

Walked home from the gym 20 mins fast pace with bag on my back job done
