Hello world...

Its been a while since I've posted in here. Circumstances in life (excuses) have kept me out of the gym for a long time but a recent return to status quo has reignited my desire to achieve my best shape ever.
My training will be a combination of lots of things. Predominantly based upon getting stronger in the powerlifts but also a focus on becoming proficient in the many various methods of functional fitness, ie Sandbag Training, Kettlebell Training, TRX, Battleropes, Slamballs etc.
Ill also be doing various pieces of Sprint8 Cardio on an ad hoc basis. Usually on the Concept 2 rower

I'm keen to develop all areas of 'fitness' rather than just repeat what ive often done...Get strong and fat!

Current Scores on the doors: (Measured using Tanita BC545N scales)

HEIGHT - 5'10"
WEIGHT - 93.5KG
BODYFAT - 18.8%
MUSCLE MASS - 72.3KG

Ill be following a flexible dieting approach to my nutrition. Junk every day suits me.
