I get shoulder pain if I move my right arm across my body,in the front of my shoulder, and when benching and shoulder pressing I get pain at the lowest part of the movement in both the front and rear of the shoulder. The press itself is OK. Also the rear shoulder hurts on reverse flys. Anyone got any ideas which muscles/tendons etc might be at fault? Then I could try to research a rehab strategy. My doctor was useless, just told me to use voltarol , and I can't afford a physio at the moment. Any help would be much appreciated

See another doctor. Get referred to surgeon and have a scan?
Maybe rotator cuff? Physio and/or surgery might be the option. Equally a doctor might give cortisol injection a try?
