Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and I wanted to start my own training log to hold myself accountable and finally reach my goals.
So a bit about me then;

Stats:
Age: 33
Weight: 197.8 lb
Body-fat: Approx 20%
Routine: 5/3/1 - Boring but big

Max lifts:
Squat: 100 KG (220 lb)
Dead-lift 150 KG (330 lb) - Just hit this last yesterday
Bench 70KG (154 lb)
Press (110 lb)

Current goal:
Cut to around 180 lb trying to lean out and reach the 10% Body-fat mark; I plan on doing this by cutting at around 2300 cal with the my macros at 35%/30%/35% (Carbs, Fat, Protein).
If anyone wants to you can check my MFP food diary here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/gdqrkkivsurl (password is natty)

Longer term goals:
1. Slow bulk to 200 lb whilst remaining as close to 10% Body-fat as possible
2. Get into the 1000 lb club.

I'll start my training log proper on Monday (12/3/18) to coincide with the start to week 3 of my routine.

D1W3 of the current cycle (Lets call this cycle one for the purposes of this journal).

Main lift:
Overhead Press
5x90lb
3x100lb
1x110lb

I felt pretty solid on the OHP but the second rep wasn't going to happen with good form so I called it.
This is the first time I've pressed 110 since the end of Jan so I'm happy to be back at my 1RM.

Assistance work:
Kettlebell clean and press
12x35lb
12x35lb
12x35lb
12x35lb
12x35lb

The kettlebells were a new addition to replace the previous assistance work which was previously more Overhead barbell presses. I enjoyed the kettlebells more than a thought I would although next time I think I'll go for the 44lb bell.

Unweighted chinups
7,6,5,4,4

Chinups are progressing nicely this time 4 months ago I could maybe do 8-9 total I'll keep building these up until I get to 50 total then start adding weights in 2.75lb increments.
