Now I have to start here. I do have to lose a lot of fat within 10 weeks.

Yesterdays workout:
7 a.m. chest, shoulders, triceps (only machines and cables) and at
5 p.m. 30 min HIIT

11.08.: 169,98 lbs
Driving now to the gym to train my  legs Smiley

11.08.: legs
Leg press with 465 lbs, 3x 30seconds
lying leg curl with 102lbs
single leg extensions with 142 lbs, 3x30seconds.

Taking 2000 calories.

12.08.: back, biceps
chin ups
rowing with cables
SZ-Curls

13.08.: chest, shoulders, triceps
pushups with weighted vest
chest press with hands, static holds
