Hi, my boy is just starting out weight training with me, Iíve been doing it for years. Heís 15 and still growing but wants to get bigger etc. Iím concerned that I may push him too hard on loose weights, Iíve got a cable machine for tricep extensions and lat pull downs etc, but other than that itís all loose weights.
Got any advice for me? What to do, what to avoid?

3 full body workouts would probably be best, wouldn't worry too much about calorie counting etc and just tell him to eat plenty. At that age, testosterone levels are high naturally and if you're eating lots and training smart/good, you'll grow Smiley
