Had a busy few days with work, parenting and helping my dad while he's been ill. Despite this the last few days of training have been good, I feel fit, strong and my enthusiasm to lift is akin to a pup getting ready to be walked.

The last few sessions for the main lifts have consisted of
140x10 squat
62.5x13 Over head press
142.5x20 trap bar deads
100x10 bench press

The volume of the assistance work has still been relatively high and was challenging last week, but it's felt much more manageable this week. I want to throw in some conditioning work as I feel I have slightly lost sight of recently. I will address this by probably lowering the volume of the secondary lifts.

Hope everyone had a nice bank holiday weekend

Yesterday was an early morning session
Squats
65x5 82.5x5 97.5x3 115x3 130x3 147.5x6.
Poor compared to recent sessions. Combination of poor nutrition and not much sleep were the main cause of this.

Prowler
Pushed this for ten laps with final two  weighing 100kg (don't know how much the sled weighs)

Foam rolling/stretching for ten minutes

That's not bad. I keep my squats under 60 kg. most of the time.
