hi all,

I'm new here and as I'm getting a divorce I'm trying to improve myself. Grin

I'm 48, 5'10, 72 KG. I'm quite active, eat quite well, and workout in my garage a couple of times a week and maybe go for a 10k run once a week.

I want to get a bit more ripped, Abs etc, and fill out my Tshirts a bit better.  Cheesy

What should I concentrate on? Anyone able to hazard a guess on body fat from my profile picture?
