This is the first of what i hope to be an annlue event to raise Money for wounded service men my aim is 2500

I have 38 guy's comited from first timers to England's strongest man competitors so it should be a good show. so if your in the area or fancy going to a strongman comp and helping a good cause at the same time please coming along its free for spectators but people with be wondering the crowed with collection tins

Events


truck pull

"hold for heroes" farmers hold for time 100/130kgs

over head medley log 80/100kgs x3 reps 90/110kgs x2 and 50/60kg db x1 on each arm or 2 on 1 arm if you fail on 1 arm all rep are floor to over head and head to head

yoke 260/320kgs over 20m for time

Husafell Stone 20m for time for novice and max distance for inters

atlas stones 5 stones 90 to 155kg for time for novice and 110kg to 175kg for inters



Got lots of goodies to auction and raffle off.
I got an LA Fit expo t-shirt signed by Terry Holands and Mark Felix
A BSM t-shirt signed by Mick Gosling Terry Holands Mark Felix Big Loz and Darren Saddler (and im going to Jimmy Markue if I can catch him between now and the to sign it if and when i see them)

Barny du plessis of fussion pt and one of the UK's top body builders has kindly donated 2 personal traininng sesh's to be auctioned off- so if you want massive gun's, loose that soggy mid section or get stronger so you can throw those stones up have a bid on this prize

Rich @ ironworx has kindley donated a years menbership to be auctioned off for H4H this is worth 200 pounds so well worth a bid

there will be a 60 sec 65kg log challenge open to very one for 1 each go to win a signed photo of Mark Felix

More details to come as they are confirmed!

yeah bit gutted as was really excited about the BNBF this year but my back which ive alwasy ahd problems with is frankly giving up at the moment and so i have to be sensible and try to eleviate the problems - will be training hard over the summer to finx the issues so you never know what could happen over the next 3 months
