i has a message today asking if i was going to the funereal of a mate i served with last year. unfortunately im flying to Hungary on the day of said funereal.

Rob was a sierra leone, iraq (1 and 2) and afghan vet. he had a 18 year old son with down syndrome who needs round the clock care so his other half has to look after him.

i know he had alot of help from ssafa forces help (sailor soldiers and airmen and family's Association) and i know his mrs will continue to get the help.

here is where i need your help. im thinking of running a comp at some point early next for ssafa. id be thinking something like JT's comp.

somthing like

rising max 18''deadlift
100kg 150kg or 200kg Viking press( i rep of a higher weight would beat any amount of lower weight)
farmers 75kg 5m 90kg 5m 120kg 150kg 5m or 200m for 5m
max flips of 350kg 400kg or 560kg tyre (same as Viking)
