One question, rules before I try.

Can I please confirm the following:

In deads are straps allowed?
Will standing shoulder press be Clavicles to lock out?

Mon, traditionally, straps have been allowed for deads, and presses are clavicles to lockout, yes.

Some other rules I think we employed previously were...

Bench: bar to touch chest, then full lockout, no bouncing
Deads: small bounce allowed, straps/belt allowed
Squat: thighs parallel with floor at bottom, belt allowed
chins: full extension at bottom, chin must touch bar or go over
dips: lockout at top, upper arm parallel with floor at bottom

Cheers Jon. Sadly I have not been able to evolve into using straps in some 7 years of hitting the gym. sad really, but i will manage. great this is back up, was just thinking about it the other day

Ok, the new men's leaderboad is now up. I'll try and keep it updated as regularly as possible, but please PM me and give me a nudge if you've got a new vid and I've forgotten to update it, or if you've spotted any glaring errors on the table.

I'll set up a women's board once we have a few female entries (come on ladies - you know you want to!)

I've also listed some rules on executing the movements, on the RULES thread.

Keep the vids coming in.  Cool

Ok I've just added a women's board, as we've had our first female video posted by Unity Lamb.

Also want to add a dipping challenge for the men. We had bodyweight +60kg before, which was good but not that many people could do it, and for those that could the reps were still fairly low. Are you guys still happy with that, or should we go for less weight and more reps this time, say 20 or 40kg? Looking for your feedback - thanks.

60kg gives me a combined bodyweight of about 163kg+ which to be honest will probably snap my elbows clean  Grin
having said that there are some really strong guys on here so will be interesting to see the other responses.

At my strongest I could only rep out with 40 or 50kg, and that was tough. I'm only trying to save people's elbows here!

A lighter weight or having two different weights would open it up to more people having a go. Personally I will try to post up an attempt in as many challenges as I can do. The good, bad and the ugly  Grin
