Did these early last year when i was fat, couldn`t do it now but what the hell, will help get things going. No bench to go with these as the weights i can bench would make you think you were watching bodypump class

Always makes me laugh when you put things on you tube, some of the comments you get from full time bicep curlers

I've had weird comments before too.

Not watched them yet but I will on a computer. I like it to get things started, but should the actual lifts be based on now?

Maybe as a rule we should say the date in them?

We'll let you off Paul as you were only over 5% Bodyfat once! And probably wont ever be again. The rest of us have an off season now! Or in my case, in my one long-term season!

It's nice to see some of the older vids to get us back in the swing, but I think only new vids, filmed after the board was set up, should count for the new leaderboard.

Lol Mon, yeah exactly as Jamie said, it`s last years and so obviously doesn`t count , i was just putting it up to help get things going and give a starting point for people this year to have a crack at

No closing date Mark, I plan for the new board to run indefinitely.  Smiley

I have thought about making separate leaderboards for each year though, to keep the challenge fresh (and we can archive the previous year). Thoughts anyone?

I'm not even back up to 140kg yet as a working weight. Still at 120-130 using a 2" thick bar, currently at 15 reps, although I am performing full squats these days, nice and deep. It's amazing how much poundage it takes off the bar when you go full depth though.

140 for 20 would be something good to aim for over the next few months.

Damn, just watched this again. Really impressive Jamie.

There seems to be a trend with jeans. Do they offer support?
