Again nice lifts,

Scott was very impressive as his legs were on the bench and he was using no leg drive at all and the least stability.

Glens form was really good, legs planted just inside of the knee, good drive

Simon, legs out in front shifts the weight going through the kneck, he did move them back in middle of the set and then the shot forward for the last few.

Not being critical to be a c*ck just from a coaching point of view these things could drive your lifts up,

BTW im an arm chair coach as I couldnt do that many reps lol! Grin Grin

Edit: I know Glen has said this all before Smiley

Nice lifts  Cool

Reminds me how poor I am at benching - possibly 4 or 5 for me on a good day  Sad

Wow - massive improvement Jamie. Not far off Mon's record now either. Yes, 19 reps I counted.

Loving the cheesy music.  Grin

Not sure about the lighting though. Looks like you're training with a single candle in the corner of your gym!

I could make out the 2 plates, but had to squint a bit (see above).

Nice intro screen with the site mention - appreciate it.  Wink

We attempted this again this morning. A bit tough after a 140kg 1 rep but no excuses.

still short of my best which was 16 reps - maybe next week as looking at the video I could have been tighter in my set up which is wasted energy
