Seriously, that is one of the most impressive feats of lifting I've seen in a long time - 17 reps at your bodyweight is amazing!

Seriously though, I am genuinely shocked at how you just repped them out with better than perfect form - unbelievable!

What are your other lifts like?

once again thanks for the positive feed back, ive always really focused on super strict form finding in gives the best results

I gonna give all the challenges a go and should be able to put myself well into the mix, apart from the 180kg squat!! maybe just 1 or 2 there lol are u gonna give any others a try??

I may as well before I get too weak, I'm about 10 weeks into my contest prep dieting now so lifts are starting to dip a bit now.

I'll probably have a bash at the Mil Press, maybe the 140kg squats & deadlifts - shame there isn't one for curls! I like curls! Smiley

Nice lifting Carl, looking good too - very cut!

Good attempt Broseph, although some of the reps near the start looked non-lockout at the top I'm afraid. Sorry to be a stickler on the rules, any chance you could have another attempt on this?

Hiya all, had a quick go at this tonight and managed 19 but the bloddy bench is very low so it felt abit uncomfortable and could'nt get in the ideal position.
