I think we need to check the record books, as Glen may hold the record for most weight gained in a five week period.
Well done Glen! You get a free tub of PhysEQ Mass gain.

Yesterday me and my training partner deads and push press so we thought at the end of the session we'd give this a go.

This is my training parteners Lee Moirs attempt - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTR4bfxUq7A

His filming was of my face and not the lift so I will try again next week and show him how to opertate my phone lol!

Nice attempt by Lee, but I think some of the early reps were a bit short of lockout to be honest.  Undecided

Wink oooh critical, ok have another go next week, on reflection not to different than scot colgates reps???

I think its harder keeping the strain on the shoulder, so I would expect this to increase the reps.

Lol Glen, I am in that camp and it was due to people telling me not to lock out on exercises (all that jazz about pressure on the joint etc)..

You just cant win  Grin
